01.How does your career as a commercial pilot influence your cinematography?+
Aviation instills extreme operational discipline, spatial awareness, and composure at high velocities. Whether coordinating high-G aerial tracking, chasing supercars on closed tracks at 160km/h, or rigging cinema cameras in tight cockpits, that flight rigor ensures zero room for error and razor-sharp execution.
02.What camera systems and automotive rigs do you deploy?+
We deploy Sony Cinema Line (FX3, FX6) and RED Digital Cinema systems shooting in 4K/120fps RAW. For automotive tracking, we utilize the DJI Ronin 4D 4-axis gimbal, Tilta Hydra Alien car suction rigs, chase cameras, and custom anamorphic glass.
03.Are you based in Sydney, and do you travel interstate or overseas?+
Yes, our primary production base is Sydney, NSW. We frequently travel for commercial shoots, automotive rallies, and brand summits across Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and internationally.
04.What is your typical turnaround time from shoot to final delivery?+
For high-engagement social media reels and event highlights, first cuts can be delivered within 48 to 72 hours. Comprehensive brand films, automotive commercials, and narrative projects typically range from 1 to 3 weeks including sound design and color mastering.
05.Do you handle post-production, color grading, and After Effects motion graphics?+
Yes, we provide end-to-end post-production in-house. That includes broadcast color grading in DaVinci Resolve Studio, sound design and audio mixing, and custom kinetic typography and HUD overlays in Adobe After Effects.
